Application:
 Using the doe foot, touch around the eyes where desired. Ten using your fingertips, lightly pat in. A cooling sensation will be noted on application and when totally absorbed /dried will give your tired eyes a brighter look. Can be applied directly on clean skin before other products or even over others.
